A great deal of what she writes can be applied to Mexican Food in the US. I mean, how many dishes thought of as "Mexican" are in fact US creations, exported to the rest of the world? The same is true of the Chinese Food we-who-are-not-Chinese think is authentic... but I'm not giving away the secrets of Jennifer 8. Lee's Adventures in the World of Chinese Food... you'll just have to plan a quiet evening at home, with this great book and some Chinese take-out for company. I promise, you won't be disappointed!

Jag har precis startat en blogg med ett nytt koncept. Jag publicerar bara andras inlägg! poängen är att man ska kunna hitta nya roliga bloggar utan att leta ihjäl sig.
