Processed Foods

An interesting article in The Economist discusses Dr. Richard Wrangham's ideas on cooking. Dr. Wrangham, Professor of Biological Anthropology at Harvard University believes that the obesity epidemic we are seeing today is not due to lack of exercise or overeating but in fact a direct consequence of eating processed food.

Well, animals in the wild eat natural foods... why don't we?
