Mercury for Lunch?

Are you feeding you kids Mercury? Chances are you probably are! A new study has shown that High-Fructose Corn Syrup used in all kinds of processed foods and drinks contains high levels of mercury and is dangerous to children's health.

I found out about this while visiting Grist,
a great website for environmental news and
information and reading Tom Philpott's well-written article "Some Heavy Metal with that Sweet Roll?".

So, what are your kids snacking away on today?
A bit of mercury, trans fat, and artificial flavors...
or a nice, juicy organic apple?
